Yunex Traffic is a global intelligent-transport-systems company formed in 2021 from Siemens Mobility's road-traffic business. Atlantia acquired the business from Siemens in 2022 and later renamed itself Mundys; Mundys remains Yunex Traffic's sole long-term shareholder.
