RUC Pass offers three pass types: Standard (for everyday drivers), Student (with a 15% discount for verified students), and Super Gold (with a 15% discount for Super Gold card holders, designed for simple in-store use without digital setup). Drivers can top up their RUC in flexible amounts through multiple channels: in-store (cash, EFTPOS, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), online, or by phone with 24/7 support. When a customer tops up, their RUC licence is issued instantly with no processing delays. The platform supports optional account creation for managing multiple vehicles with separate balances, viewing transaction history, and tracking remaining RUC. However, no account is required for basic use - the service is designed to be as simple as possible. For retail partners, RUC Pass offers a recurring revenue stream with zero data entry requirements, no liability (vehicle linking is customer-managed), and no custom hardware needed.
