RUC Hub developed a historical policy timeline, fleet statistics, and a market directory covering government agencies, RUC providers, telematics companies, startups, and industry organisations.
The resource library grew beyond 2,000 curated records, including a substantial collection of select committee documents. RUC Calculator and RUC Checker were integrated into the platform, and RUC Hub became available in six languages.

He led the Future RUC Consumer Expectations Research, combining 1,098 face-to-face surveys with platform, search, and public-comment analysis, and sits on the governance board of ITS New Zealand. He leads RUC Hub's public-interest direction and market coverage.
