As New Zealand transitions to universal RUC and eliminates fuel excise, fuel card providers like Kora will need to adapt their pricing, discount structures, and billing systems to the new revenue framework. Second, Kora's integration with EROAD connects it to the eRUC ecosystem: EROAD is New Zealand's largest electronic RUC provider, and fleet operators using both Kora fuel cards and EROAD's eRUC devices can reconcile fuel costs against distance-based road charges in a single platform.
